Aka Shita

Aka Shita is described as a beastly creature hidden in a gray cloud with only its claws and face visible. It’s named after it’s most distinct features, which is it’s gaping maw, and long red tongue. It can sometimes be referred to as Aka Kuchi, which means Red Mouth. It’s a spirit that brings bad luck, and drought. It often makes its presence known on summer seasons, when water is scarce.
